Been there, argued that.  Escalated it past three levels of NSI-ness, no
help.

And to make matters worse, their mail server is sluggish in delivery.  It
has happened more than once that the date on the message is like 2:30pm
EST, but I didn't get the message until after business hours (5:00pm
PST).  This would show at least a lag of 6 hours -- when you're saying
you're giving someone 72 hours, but really only 48, chopping 6 hours off
of that is a lot of time.

Yeah, I was almost in the same boat -- the domain expires tomorrow, and
they nixed the first request.  I just got to resubmit it yesterday,
confirmed with OSRS then also, but didn't get NSI's thing until today. 
I've confirmed and hopefully they don't ignore it this time!

Man, if this is what Microsoft is going to look like when it starts losing
it's monopoly, God help us all!
