lost password for opensrs access

hi guys

i am in major trouble.

this morn i changed my password used to access the
quickstart menu.

but when i tried to login again some time later i
found that the new password doesnot work.

i have already sant mail to support some 8 hours ago.
but no reply yet.

any ideas
