Support turnaround time is 24 hours (that's what we promise).

You'll find that you'll get a response within 12 however, my crew is very
adept at keeping up with issues - we rarely if ever have anything burning
at the end of a work day.

I realize that we have to cater to other time zones, this office has
personelle active from 8am-11pm EST - you must have sent your problem
within the gap that has no active staff.  In the near future we'll have
full 24/7 support - it's a matter of resources, few problems roll in over
night, so it's difficult to justify a staff member being here that long
(unless I magically create tasks for them to do...you know, mop floors,
clean the kitchen, make lunches for the execs *grin*).

You should hear something from support very shortly.
