Hello,
OpenSRS puts a hold on the funds, they do not actually subtract it from your
balance. If the domain transfer does not complete, the hold on the funds is
released. You will not see a change in your balance. [at least this is
what we recently observed and confirmed with OpenSRS accounting staff]

Subject: Rejected SLD Registration
Dear All,
I have a case relating to the Registration Process of a Domain Name.
One of my client asked to transfer a domain name from other registrar. And,
it means that as he/she submitting the request my credit at OpenSRS was
reduced immediately. Then request is being pended since the OpenSRS asked
for confirmation from the Administrative Contact of the appropriate SLD. If
the SLD's current holder has rejected the transfer operation then the
registration process will be terminated and my credit will recalculated (in
order to return the credit regarding the canceled registration process). My
question is: "How long does it take to recalculate my credit?".
Thanks.
Best regards,
Sudarmono Tjiputra.
