It can take up to 9 days after the Domain Admin approves the transfer.  We
have to wait for a response from the current Registrar.  As soon as the
system notices the domain transfer did not complete, the RCU is placed
back in your account.

If the transfer is successful, the RCU is taken offhold and removed from
your account.
