My next question is mostly directed to OpenSRS:
Who is the owner of a domain name?
As it is possible to transfer a domain name if you have access
to the e-mail listed as administrative contact, is the person
who have the access to that account is the owner?
I am asking this having in mind the problems which a customer
who transferred a domain name had with the person who was
the admin contact, and also because I just found that some
domain names which are not mine have admin e-mail address
which is mine?
What do you think?
