This message was posted to NSI's domain policy list, appearing to
insinuate that a domain was transfered to OpenSRS without the admin
contact's consent, but he omitted so many of the facts, I find it
somewhat suspect, and think there is probably a lot more to the story.

Without knowing all the facts, it is hard to say.  OpenSRS only
transfers domains after the current administrative contact
specifically approves the transfer by going to a coded website and
entering that they approve the transfer.

Without knowing more facts, it is hard to know what happened or how,
but I have forwarded this to the OpenSRS list for comment.
