Well - first I'd need to know what the domain name in question was.
Additionally, I'd need to know who the supposed "Research Analyst" is -
and who the message was sent to.
The message regarding "the domain will be transfered in 24 hours, please
accept the email" <in context> seems rather odd - OpenSRS isn't in the
business of dealing with single domains, or even domain customers for that
matter. We're wholesalers - you're our customer (the RSP) and the domain
customer belongs to you - we lack the resources to support end users.
The only domains OpenSRS has transfered on behalf of itself are properties
of Tucows.com Inc. - legacy domains originally (where else...) registered
via OpenSRS.
If this person has a real complaint regarding a domain that's been
erroneously transfered I'd definitely like to assist.
