As a followup to my last message here is the language contained in the NSI
agreement I referred to previously that one must agree to in order
to obtain access the SLD zone data:
"You agree that you will use this Data only for lawful
purposes but that, under no circumstances will you use this Data to: (1)
allow, enable, or otherwise support the transmission of unsolicited,
commercial e-mail (spam) to entities other than your own existing
customers; "
I'd say that if Verio is mining the data in this fashion a complaint needs
to be made with NSI.
