To me, the key is "commercial e-mail" ... As far as I understand, Verio is
phoning out, not emailing, so they neatly bypass this stipulation.  It's
just unethical and annoying.  I'm just waiting for them to call me on one of
the domains I have registered recently, I've got 5 in the past two weeks.
Once they call me, they will get an earful.

I work in a call centre, and I take lessons from our "adventure" clients,
and if they (Verio) are smart, they will blacklist my number, and any domain
I'm connected to, and never call again.  I am more then happy to tear off
more then one telemarketer from them too, if that's what it takes to
convince them not to bother me again.  I'm just waiting for that call :)
