Is there anywhere to go look to read up on known "bugs" that will tell me
when they are expected to be fixed, as well as what can be done as a
temporary fix in the meantime?
Specifically, the multiple profile problem - when will that be fixed? I've
got a customer who registered 9 names on the first go, then 3 transfers and
ended up with 9 different profiles (8 singles + 1 for 4 names). She changed
hosts and had to exit and log back out to change her nameservers for each
profile and was quite disturbed initially to see it saying there were only 4
names registered to her - she thought we cheated her :o(
I was prepared to answer her since it had come up on the list recently, but
still don't have all the answers - can she do a "change owner" thing to
merge the profiles?
And where can I read about other known "bugs" before I run into them with
customers? Also, will there be a function to sort active domains by
registrant?
