I've had problems with registering a batch of new domains as well. If I
register multiple domains using a new profile, each domain will be a
separate profile *even if* my setup is configured to process domains
immediately without confirmation. Note - this was tested only in the test
environment.

The reg_system perl code hints that new batch registrations should be able
to be linked together as well.

Does batch domain registrations using a NEW profile on the test system work
for you (ie: all domains are linked together) ?
