About to take the plunge

Ok... This is the last thing I need to know before taking the test...

In the Full Access environment, where can I review payment information (at
least in the beginning, I'll have to process charges manually)?  I've found
that the account number gets included in certain e-mails generated by the
scripts, but I'd rather not send charge card account numbers through mail.
Is this information stored somewhere the RSP can get to it?
