You're looking at information that is stored in OpenSRS's database.
Credit card numbers are not their responsibility, so that information
is not transmitted to them. You will have to develop a way of storing
the credit card numbers in an appropriate place on your own system.
I agree that e-mail is not a very good idea, and I think it should be
removed from the sample scripts. From what I've seen here, there are
a heck of a lot of RSPs who don't even run the stuff on their own
machines - chances are they're accessing a POP account on an ISP
somewhere through incredibly insecure means.
