I can't speak officially at this point but my personal opinion is:
1) You must qualify at least 10 registration transactions per month (new
registrations or transfers) to gain the benefits of the promotion
and alternatively...
2) If you transfer more than 50 names we'll send you a cheque (if you so
desire) - if you transfer between 10 and 50 names you gain RCU credit to
your account.
As for namebargain.com - they ARE register.com from what I can tell - and
quite the extensive contract they have (took me quite some time to read it
all... several bits of it).
I found it quite interesting that in the case of payment descrepancies
(charge-backs, etc) the name automatically defaults to Register.com and
you'll have to pay $200 to get it back. The language of the 'payment
descrepancies' portion is quite extensive.
