Not as far as I can remember. Regardless, .moo isn't a root server - it's
a sales demonstration of a technical reality - ie: we have the software
and systems that registry operators might want to use in their operations. 
Semantics, perhaps, but to me, a root server is a production grade system
that allows people to indefinitely resolve names in the root on an ongoing
and regular basis.

;) Doubt it...the registration volume is currently huge - I'd hate to lose
the brand momentum we're gaining on the OpenXRS system.

Don't take my comments the wrong way - it wasn't intended to be derisive.
As far as I'm concerned, there is no difference between political beliefs
and technical fact where DNS is concerned.
