IF >they don't, bitch 'n whine ;) Bitching at NSI is like pissing in your pants, it gives you a warm feeling, but doesn't have much effect on anything else. that said, is there any way other than "dig"ing at a whole bunch of name servers around the net to tell if your host has propagated? The reason I ask is I have setup a "slave" dns server on the old IP's for the old hosts and I'm seeing a lot of querys for the names that used to reside there, so to make things work, I load the zones off the new IP's and those that are looking up with the old IP's get the right answer, and those that lookup using the new IP's get the right answer I just don't want to shutdown the old link before the change is complete. and I don't plan on maintaining the old IP block forever either :) Fun Fun Fun!
