That's just not acceptable, as we allow some of our clients 30days payment
terms - so they ain't gonna pay until after we register the domain.  Plus,
whilst you are waiting for payment, someone else can snap up the domain...

You can place your domains in "Pending Orders" if you're waiting for
payment.  Placing a domain on hold is reserved for expired and domains
under dispute.
