You aren't required to allow DNS changes - you can setup your business
model in a manner that suits you. If that means keeping certain
control(s) on the domain name, then so be it.
But if there's more to the story than our Compliance Officer is aware of,
you should enlighten her instead of asking for advice on this list. The
purpose is to ensure that RSPs are supporting their users (as they are
contractually obliged to) - if there is a problem with you and said user,
you must inform us. The dispute then falls on your shoulders, not ours.
