Hello,

This is the second time three transfers (see below message of opensrs for
one of the three) fail. I have contacted the original registrar after the
first failure, because OpenSRS told me so (I asked). The original, loosing
registrar told me to send a fax. I did that. This took many days, because
they are very slow in responding and need a lot of reminders. Well at last
they told me and the fax was sent.

I can send you all the mail messages about this. They are all filed here.
I am also prepared to take this "higher up" to ICANN, whatever. It is
really a shame they are pestering people against all rules. I have never
heard of the necessity to send a fax to the losing registrar. Still, I am
no troublemaker, so I complied. Sent the fax. Heard nothing. Emailed,
emailed. No reply (except auto-answers, like NSI). Then I sent an email
with the message: You have the fax, I now initiate the transfer. Please,
make sure this goes alright. No message from them. I order the transfer
(for the second time). Then after some days (transfer sill "pending
registrar approval") I get a mail: they "found" the fax and put it in the
right place now, so next time it would go alright. I emailed: next time?
Transfer is still pending. You can approve it now. This was on August 30,
14 something hours GMT. More than 48 hours later the transfer is blocked
or something still, as the message about transfer failure shows. This
cannot be carelessness or being very busy. It is malice.

The registrar is KNIPP.DE a CORE registrar.

For the record: there is no dispute whatsoever about payments, email
addresses of contacts being wrong, nothing.

All the time I have remained very polite. But now I am really as mad as
h***. This has cost me about 5 hours work now, only because they refuse to
cooperate. And a lot of energy.

Should I order transfer again and again and again and again?

Please advise.
