S'quite simple - sorry for any confusion that we may have caused. We
recently re-organized internally, so there have been a few inconsistencies
in our processes as a result...

Anyways, as part of the re-org, we constituted a new sales team structure.
Essentially now, Tucows has one sales team devoted to our sales efforts
(instead of the four that we had previously). As part of this, each RSP
was assigned a rep to deal with your day to day requirements.

James Woods used to deal with the rebate programs that we have in place,
however our marketing group has taken these over.

Unfortunately, all of this should be transparent to you, which is why I've
cc'ed Aloke Nanda who runs our sales group. I will speak to him shortly
about this to make sure that someone from our team gets back to you
immediately with some concrete and useful answers.
