For the record, I'm a reseller/RSP, and I don't know who my 
representative is, either. Never been contacted, never knew before 
today that I _HAD_ a representative.

Doesn't sound like this got processed by the sales reps the way it 
SHOULD have been, and Marc doesn't appear to be unique in that matter.
