We are currently experiencing problems with NSI-Registry's SRS. (Error 421
for those inclined to dig deeper). As a result, we have stopped processing
new registrations until such time that we can confirm that their systems
are operating within acceptable parameters.
NSI did not provide a mean time to resolution nor did they have any
further information to offer.
It appears that these errors are system wide @ NSI and are currently
affecting all registrars.
I will post periodic updates as required.
