Anyone else having problems completing transfers this morning? No matter if
I try a single domain or batch transfer, as of about 9:30am EDT, this is the
message I receive for all the domains trying to be transferred:

The domain <domain.com> is not currently transferrable: Registry Error [Our
system is experiencing technical difficulties, please try again latter.
If problem persists, please contact OpenSRS support and state error message:
REM server: -702, no RAs to service the domain '<domain.com>'!].

Seems to be an OpenSRS problem. Tried moving domains registered at several
different registrars with the same result.
