Hey Charles,

I had an opensrs server error yesterday (sat.), and i got a transfer in
process message, but no email with password was ever sent to the domain
owner.  If i try and do another transfer, i am refused because the system
says the transfer is in process.  I emailed support Sat. aft. and have not
heard anything.  This domain is expiring soon, so would appreciate resolving
this asap.
