Support is working - we turn off autoreplies when we do system
announcements as it causes 'autoresponse wars' with some of the less than
intelligent autoresponders (ours ticketing system responder isn't so great
either).

Since we did a lot of announcements over the weekend it's been kept off
for now.

We're aware of the problem and are looking into getting it solved again.
