NSI had a scheduled window last night, but due to all the busy hecticness
of our new system going up we failed to notify our reseller channel about
this - since horizon isn't "mission critical" it fell through the cracks.

This caused the problem - which has since been fixed.  Our apologies for
lack or prior information :)
