Problems with Bulk_Order???

Anyone else having problems with bulk registration?

Using 2.2 client, the registration verification page shows many domains
available which are not, but when I click Order Now!, even the available
domains listed are not registered.

And occasionally, I get an error which says "Registration attempt for
domain.com failed: OPS Decode Error: Envelope Protocol Not Supported."
