It is AM.

We will be queuing requests as soon as we release the code tonight.

We will not be actually sending data to CIRA until we have established 
their stability, and tested our business assumptions.

Meeting the 9AM deadline is not as important as it seems, before Nov. 1 
only "pre-registrations" will be submitted to CIRA, and they are not time 
sensitive, as long as they are in by Nov. 1.

Submitting "advance registrations" early will secure higher priority in our 
queue.
