I am planning to be an Open SRS RSP for .com, .net, and .org. But first
I wish to know whether I can use an internet web2fax service to fax the
RSP agreement documents to open srs? 

You know long distance (overseas) phone call is a pain.

Confirm plz whether open srs allows this.
