The UN has nothing to do with it. The ICANN was created not by UN
Mandate, but by the mandate of the United States Government Department
of Commerce's National Telecommunications and Information
Administration (NTIA), who inherited the job from the USG. National
Science Foundation.
The UN has nothing do to with it.
