Bruce, I could claim to be the center of the Universe, but that has no
meaning. The UN is not, and was not, involved in the creation of
ICANN in any way. You really need to go back and read the history of
this process, and understand a lot better about how it works, before
you start trying to tell people who have been involved in this process
for years that they are wrong.
That is unless you like being laughed at.
