Tucows has absolutely no obligation at all to you to make your company
profitable.  That's your job.

"USD8 per domain is good enough" ... where do you get off saying stuff like
this?!  What if I said that you were charging too little?  Because, if you
can't make your business model work by paying $10 to OpenSRS, then you
obviously are.  Or you're spending too much on something else (support,
staff, bandwidth, whatever).

Again, it is soley your job to make your company profitable.  If you picked
a supplier that charges too much (in your opinion) for their product, pick
a different supplier.

That pretty much sums it up, doesn't it?  Personally, I suggest you get out
of the business now then.  Save yourself some headaches.
