By my count there are over 250 posting relating to "pricing" in less than 4
months since the subject was first raised by Michael Brody on 4 Jun 2000
when he wrote:

After 250 postings to the list I think William is correct - it can be
assumed.

And IMHO by now there's not a lot of new ideas to add.

But I suppose people think if they keep hammering away at it.

"prices  . . .  prices  . . .  give me lower prices . . . "
