Is there anything in the ICANN rules governing the release of domains that are not renewed? I have been waiting since 24 July 2000 for the release of a domain that has not been renewed by the original registrant. I already own the .org and .net counterparts, but NSI has not released the .com even though it is expired and it no longer resolves from the root servers. --Richard
