Mildly off-topic, but the answer is "sorta".. you can request a "NIC
Handle Report", which (according to NSI's front-line goon squad) will
tell you everything a NIC Contact Handle is associated with.
The practical part of this though, is that this is ONLY true if the
handle actually was on the domain when an INVOICE was generated. If
not, it won't show up on the report (it's not REALLY a "Handle
Report", its an "Invoice Report", keyed on Handle. A subtle, although
VERY distinct difference)
There is no way to get a complete list that I have been able to
ascertain, and my employer has pretty extensive and capable contacts
internally. :-(
