We are not actually sending pre-registrations into CIRA yet - we hope to
start doing this On Thursday, If we run into problems with CIRA's stability
(which would continue the trend), it may be as late as Monday before we
start sending stuff in.
This presents no risk, as all .ca name holders have until Nov. 1 to
"pre-register".
If you have a specific case you want me to look at, please mail me off list.
