S. Scott,

Hope this helps with your debugging.

400 level errors are client side errors (meaning you with the browser)
500 level errors are server side errors (bad config in the server)

If you would like to bypass all the headache, we can do it all for you.

Subject: ERROR: Unable to login to server: 401 Unrecognized Peer

The following results are returned when I run the client debugger (verify_install.cgi) script:

Logging into OpenSRS server:
ERROR: Unable to login to server: 401 Unrecognized Peer

Also, there is absolutely nothing in the "OpenSRS Client IP Address" section.

I have confirmed with OpenSRS that my STATIC IP address has been added to my account file.

Any suggestion on how to resolve this problem??
