Yes i agree NetSol should be made to release ALL expired domains onto the
open market
Why should they be "allowed" to hold these names for $free for as long as
they like and then charge top$ and pocket the profit when it suits them
Maybe ICANN should charge NetSol $35 if they don't release the domain 30
days after it expired
or NetSol should be forced to pay any subsequent sales fee to a charity
i don't think a list of expired / un-renewed domains should be available
anywhere as it would only encourage cyber-squatters
instead it should be left upto the next owner to search for an available
domain name by going to ANY legitimate RSP's website and having the same
chance of success with their preferred RSP as they would with NetSol
