RSPs! Hello there. I'm working on enhancing the resources that we can provide you folk to help educate your clients. Currently, we have: http://www.opensrs.org/resources.html which contains: An End User FAQ A Manage Domain FAQ A Glossary of Terms Information about WHOIS Each of these is free for you to use/modify as you like! Right now I'm working on a more 'business support' oriented resource; something that you all could put on your sites as a first line for clients having trouble understanding something about their domain name, or how they can use it. The End user and Manage domain FAQs go a little ways to this end, I'm hoping you folks can help me figure out what it is you get asked most often, so we can include it in this resource. Perhaps the outcome of this will be an enhanced End User or Manage Domain FAQ, or maybe something new altogether. Some examples of questions might be: a) How do I set up hosting with my domain name? b) How do I set up email with my domain name? I realize that these answers may be quite different for each of you; we're considering including some questions without answers, just to provide a framework for new RSPs to show them what some of the 'more popular' issues are so that they can be dealt with up front.
