There is anothere problem with both CCslide and Paypal: I went through it!
The billing address of the credit card used for the account must MATCH the
address. Even if you use pre-deposits by cheque, the funds must come from a
US based account.
There is a solution:
1) open a Bank account in the US.
2) Rent one address (not POBox) there are numerous providers and I could
refer you
Once this is done, apply to Paypal or CCslide pre-paying by electronic
cheque.
It works.
