Or you can go off-shore. That costs more, but has other benefits, too :-))

There are quite a few companies that can help you to found an off-shore
company and/or a merchant account. Price varies, 500...2000 USD usually.
Most of the time they already have the company, you just buy it - you
know, "fill in the blank".
