to ack any requests, it should be fine.
And do you know how long they leave it pending? Will this poor guy have to
pay the late penalty if they don't release it back before November 1st?
I've also got a question. I want to get 1 name - if I register in advance, I
won't know if someone else has beaten me to it until Novemebr 1st, right?
What if I submit 4 names in order of perference? Someone else beats me to
the first and second. I then find out #3 will go thru. Do I have time to
cancel #4 somewehere along the way?
