How can it be fine? a) If the admin contact acks the request, they will put in the wrong reseller's profile for maintenance and re-billing later. b) If the admin contact does not act the request, and the wrong reseller keeps re-submitting it, the domain can never be pre-registered, and as a result, will come available November 1st. (Maybe this is the goal?) ---------- Support shouldn't take this laid back attitude about such a thing. If the wrong reseller has submitted a pre-registration request for a domain that they do not have any authority for -- and investigation and reversal should take effect right away!!
