Find a single customer who has paid one of these invoices and not been
given a refund.
So far everything I have seen is someone saying they heard from
so-and-so, blah blah blah.
But no one who has had a first hand experience, who has paid one of
these invoices and been denied a refund, legitimately.
Do you know anyone who has? Or are you engaging in speculation also?
