Hello Rodney, Tuesday, October 17, 2000, 11:02:00 PM, you wrote: > If I, a company, sent you a bill and your office clerk send me payment and I > have the resources to KNOW you are NOT a customer of mine, would you expect > a refund? So far everything I have seen is someone saying they heard from so-and-so, blah blah blah. But no one who has had a first hand experience, who has paid one of these invoices and been denied a refund, legitimately. Do you know anyone who has? Or are you engaging in speculation also? -- Best regards, William mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]
