I support this as well for the list of wishes. The way eNom has this,
looks OK to me. You have to log into a webpage with user plus password
and uncheck a box to allow transfer to another registrar. (It is a bit
of a nuissance when you do want a transfer and did not remember this
and get a tranfer refused message. But that proved to me, that it does
work...)
