I've just finished installing the v2.2 scripts and finished the full access
compliance testing. We'd like to begin using the scripts from our servers,
but for the time being, manually. My understanding is that register.cgi and
it's templates are meant as a model for "internal" use, which sounds like it
fits our current needs. Our first order of business will be to transfer
numerous domains. It's not clear if register.cgi has the capability to to
batch transfers (or batch registrations, for that matter). I know
reg_system.cgi does. What would be the recommended means of doing bulk
transfers and registrations until we can full integrate and automate the use
of reg_system.cgi?
