Batch transfers and registrations are only possible by using regsystem.cgi
- that program is meant as an 'out of the box' solution for most RSPs.

register.cgi is meant more as a blueprint for developers to build their
own systems - it's bare boned and limited in functionality, containing
just the raw components needed to register doamin names.

I suggest you stick with reg_system.cgi for now and the future, unless you
plan to develop (in its entirety) a differetn CGI set.
