The case for when a handle system would be nice is for the case of the ISP,
where someone might be the tech contact for 200 domains, and not have the
username/password for any of them, or even if they do, it is 200 different
profiles, and they need to update an email address in 200 different places,
etc.
It would also help to tie domains together, you could just lookup all the
domains that have your handle listed, and then you would know you didn't
miss any.
BUT, I do agree that things could be done better than NSI, for example, any
handles which are not attached to any domain should be removed.

Solutions. Many users don't know what a handle is and create a new one
everytime. The database end up having tones of duplicated or similar unused
handles. When the user somehow get to manage their handle, they don't know
which one they are using. It would just add more confusion.

system is even weird. They have primary and secondary handles. Primary is
the one you use to login, but isn't the purpose of handle system is to avoid
logging in? Secondary you can never change the info in it. They tell you to
make a new handle if you really want to change. Those things just give me a
lot of troubles.

they don't even have many basic features. Like the handle system is a mess,
and you can only transfer domain from NSI, etc.
